I wanted to try here for ages and it didn’t disappoint. I had the dry beef hand pulled noodles and added two ladles of the oily chilli sauce to that. I was so impressed with the hand made noodles and the taste of the beef. Best thing I’ve tried in ages.

You can't get more authentic than this! Opening just opposite the Parkinson building, this student favourate is a must go for those who love noodles, more specifically Lanzhou, hand stretched noodles. Yes all their noodles are hand stretched, freshly cooked and comes packed with flavour. Option to overdose on chilli or spring onion. Portions and huge and satisfying. Already back for more!

I am baffled by the bad reviews of others. Came here for the first time 4 months ago when dropping my daughter off at Leeds Uni and it was so good I insisted on coming back again this time. The food was just as good - big portions, sharp flavours, delicious noodles. Some of best Chinese food I’ve ever had in terms of quantity and quality. I’ll come back here again next time I’m in Leeds.

Fantastic. The best Broth I have ever tasted. The Handstretched noodles and beef are excellent. This is the best noodle soup I have ever had.
Very good braised beef dry noodles! Definitely authentic and portion size is huge 👍 worth the money for sure!

I truly don't understand all the negative reviews. The food is amazing (my recommendation is number 4 with the braised beef), staff are always friendly and service is great when not in rush hour. I don't want to diminish anybody's experience but seeing a good restaurant getting so many negative reviews feels unfair.

I absolutely love their food! They are doing the noodles in house, which a nice touch. I've tried almost everything on the menu and I enjoyed them all. During term time if you want to have lunch it's going to be impossible to get a table because it's always fully booked, but I promise you it's worth the wait.

Lovely service, the food is served very quickly and the portion is massive especially because of inflation. Overall, cheaper than other noodle shops and the taste is magical. Definitely recommend it for people who haven't tried it yet.

The best one around here. We love going to this place. I generally order 1 (with soup) or 4. Quantity is good too. A full bowl with soup is quite filling for anyone.

Love this place and visit regularly. The braised beef (spicy sizzling beef option (around (£10)) with peanuts is to die for. Lovely staff and super quick service. Don't expect frills, just very good food

Fantastic hand pulled noodles, great flavour and texture. The braised beef was delicious. Fast paced place to eat for lunch or dinner. It's an order at a counter and then pick up from the open kitchen experience, you can watch the noodles being made.
